Alexa was born and raised in South Florida. She is a proud Cuban-American and thankful to call such a diverse community home. Her passion and drive for theatre took flight after being accepted to American Heritage School of the Performing Arts on full scholarship with no prior performance experience. She performed numerous shows throughout high school, developing both a strong classical and contemporary voice, before moving into her collegiate career.
